It's Been a Year to Celebrate

2023 brought three new awards and many reasons to celebrate.

Taking time to recognize achievements is an important aspect of our work at Elite Technical. According to a 2021 Gallup report, "How successes are celebrated is an important element in the teamwork equation, and a strengths-based approach in which employees know their own strengths, as well as the strengths of their team members, is vital to improving teamwork."


We agree! Every Friday, the Elite Technical team gathers on a video call to discuss progress, set priorities, and celebrate individual wins. Monthly, we celebrate the Recruiter of the Month with special recognition for outstanding performance, an award, and a bonus check. At those meetings, we also provide team members with a monthly report of charitable donations we've made through our unique Recruit for Your Cause corporate giving program.


This year, we've had many reasons to celebrate!

In addition to expanding our corporate giving program, the certified woman-owned business enterprise we established in 1992 continues to enjoy healthy business growth. We've expanded our recruiting team and added another accomplished professional to our sales team in 2023. (You'll meet him soon in an upcoming blog.) We've also grown the number of valuable 5-star reviews and testimonials on GlassDoor, Indeed, and EliteTechnicalJobs.com by clients, contractors we've placed on assignment, and candidates we've represented. We think that's worth celebrating - as are three special awards we've received this year. Learn more below:

Long Island Business News recognized Jeff Keller, Director, IT Staffing Programs, with the prestigious

On December 5,  Jeff Keller, our Director IT Staffing Programs, was inducted into the prestigious 2023 40 Under Forty class of business professionals celebrated at an annual event presented by Long Island Business News. The annual 40 Under Forty program recognizes Long Island professionals 40 years of age or younger who have distinguished themselves in business, government, education, or the not-for-profit sector. Elite Technical team members Phil Mosca, Rose Mosca, Donna Keller, John Keller, as well as Mrs. Jeff Keller and Jessica Smith joined Jeff at an elegant awards dinner attended by hundreds at the Crest Hollow Country Club. We are all very proud of Jeff. (Of note, our SVP/COO Joseph Monaco was inducted into the inaugural 40 Under Forty class in 1999.)

Elite Technical Named Company of the Year in Healthcare Staffing Services

In June of 2023, Healthcare Business Review named Elite Technical Company of the Year, after first listing us among the “Top 10” Healthcare Staffing Companies in the United States. To learn more about the award criteria, please read our June 21, 2023 Press Release.

Noting that in a "fiercely competitive market, Elite Technical has emerged as a national leader," the magazine article went on went on to say, "Elite Technical's staff augmentation model has been a game changer in the IT recruiting industry." We are humbled by the accolades and grateful for our ability to serve.

In the summer of 2023, Elite Technical participated in the Hyer Culture 50 Employee Survey and was pleased to hear we had been selected among the Culture 50 - Top Emerging Recruitment Companies To Work For. According to Hyer, who surveyed employees at more than 1,000 companies, "The Culture Changers aren't simply adapting to the evolving landscape. They are the architects, building foundations for a future where companies are as passionate about their people as they are about their profits." Award selections were made by a committee including executives from leading companies such as Gallup, Google, CondeNast, and NetFlix, among others.

As 2023 winds to a close, the Elite Technical team is extremely grateful for our good fortune, great friends, and loving families. We appreciate the opportunities we've had to serve the needs of our clients, contractors and candidates. We've enjoyed celebrating many successes as a team over the past year.
