Elite Technical invites all Technology Professionals, HR Executives and Project Managers to submit your personal success story and share your success secrets(s) by 11:59 PM, Monday, April 30, 2018.  Success stories shall be featured at EliteTechnical.com and on Elite Technical's social media (with your permission), and entrants will be credited, accordingly.

Our idea for this contest came while writing a recent blog article. Here's an excerpt:

Finding Your Own Success Spark

As we embark on another successful year at Elite Technical, I’ve found myself reflecting on what sparked my own personal success drive and why it still pushes me to perform decades later. Perhaps my story will help you remember the defining moment that steered you down the right path.

As a kid, I loved the chance to shadow my grandfather at work and hear his lively stories around the family table. I remember him saying, “Joe, your reputation means everything in life and business." .... Years later, his wisdom molded the foundation of my work as a recruiter, and later, a business executive.

Ensuring a trustworthy reputation for Elite Technical became the rudder for our business. It drove us to make sure that people doing business with us saw us as credible, sensed our competence, relied on our expertise, and trusted our integrity. Focusing on our reputation from Day One positively impacted every aspect of our company, from technology and processes to the exceptional relationships we’ve built with our candidates, contractors and clients.

Eligibility

Official Contest Rules

All stories must be original and based on the entrant’s personal experience. Submissions should range between 250 and 1000 words. Entries should be submitted via email, PDF, or by filling out the contest form below. (No Word documents please.)

Entries must be received by Monday, April 30, 2018 at 11:59 PM.

Entries must be in good taste. Elite Technical reserves all rights to showcase  (with permission) or decline to showcase any submission. Submissions deemed offensive by Elite Technical will be removed from contest eligibility without notification.

A participant may enter multiple stories and/or success tips as often as desired until the deadline above.

Submissions must be written in English.
