Phil Caporusso has been Elite Technical’s CPA since its launch in 1992. Mr. Caporusso holds a Finance Degree in Business Accounting from Pace University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Long Island University in New York. Upon completion of his education and accounting accreditations, Mr. Caporusso joined the firm of Ernst & Young assuming a number of management positions over a seven year period during the 1980s. In 1990 he launched his own accounting firm and began serving the operating, financial management and accounting requirements of his broad spectrum of rapidly growing business customers.

Phil Caporusso brings extensive finance and management experience to Elite Technical’s executive team. His comprehensive knowledge in M&A and venture activities has enabled Mr. Caporusso to ensure businesses realize high-value outcomes in a variety of liquidity and valuation endeavors.
