Paul started his professional career at Computer Associates (CA Inc.) a 4B Fortune 500 software company and held many roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Vice President, Human Resources. After a rewarding 13 year career with CA, Paul spent time with CDI Corp. a 1B staff augmentation provider as the practice lead leading the company’s largest RPO account. Paul also held the post of CEO of Candidates on Demand and Principal owner of Vantage Staffing and Screening. Paul held additional leadership roles as the Head of Human resources for Sleepy’s; a 1B retailer with over 3,000 employees and 1,000 storefronts as well as holding the post of Vice President HR Strategy an operations for Nature’s Bounty a 3B manufacturer and retailer of vitamins, mineral, herbs and supplements where he was responsible for all HR Centers of Excellence. Paul has lead global teams in excess of 100 professionals as well while successfully managing a 20M+ budget and P&L. Additional career milestones include leading Greenfield efforts to establish company operation in three strategic locations; one domestic (Florida) and two internationally (India & Spain).  

Paul is currently serving as VP Client Services for Elite Staffing a niche nationwide staffing firm that focuses on IT placements. In this role Paul is responsible for recruiting operations and spearheading business development efforts.

With over 20 years of Human resources and leadership experience, Paul has successfully worked in public, private and private equity backed organizations and well aware of the ever changing variables on the war for talent as well as the complex challenges that face today’s organizations.
