Joseph Monaco is Co-Founder, COO, and Senior VP of Elite Technical Services, Inc. He is responsible for the positioning and execution of Elite Technical’s value propositions and market differentiators. Mr. Monaco ensures his team’s objectives remain focused on creating client value through flawlessly delivering on Elite Technical’s professional services, program management, and staff augmentation engagements. Additionally, Mr. Monaco oversees Elite Technical’s enterprise systems, corporate strategy and partnerships. With a career beginning in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Mr. Monaco’s decades-long experience in professional recruitment anchored Elite Technical in its early stages as a leading provider of human capital and support services across multiple government agencies and commercial sectors.

Mr. Monaco’s portfolio of business successes includes the design and development of a cloud-based SaaS system that manages the procurement and sourcing process for Suppliers. Upon the platform’s release, Mr. Monaco launched a Managed Services Provider practice which successfully monetized his unique and feature rich solution. Innovations Mr. Monaco designed into his software solution increases shareholder value and reduces overhead while improving quality in the Supplier Management process. A consummate entrepreneur, Mr. Monaco’s other business innovations include a local-market online jobs portal, the development of a proprietary recruiting platform, and the development of a cloud-based SaaS application that ensures transparency and ethics throughout the candidate submission process. All of these solutions are fundamental in bringing high levels of added value to Elite Technical’s mission capabilities.

Mr. Monaco is a graduate of New York’s Suffolk College. In 1992 he co-found Elite Technical and began a journey exploiting his unique approach to recruitment, productivity and technology management in the personnel services industry. In 2010 Mr. Monaco launched Elite Technical’s Federal solutions practice. Mr. Monaco is an active small business advisory board member and has received awards for his contributions to business development and entrepreneurship including the “Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurs” award by Hofstra University, the Bank of New York and the Long Island Business News.
