Donna Anselmo joined the Elite Technical team in 1999, serving in number of roles from Marketing Vice President to proposal manager and executing special projects over the years. She was appointed to Elite Technical's Board of Directors in 2000,


Ms. Anselmo had previously served as Director of Internal Communications and Publications for both Olsten Staffing Services and Adecco. She also served as the communications point person on the merger transition team when Olsten merged with Adecco SA to create an $11.8 billion organization (the world's largest staffing company).


Earlier, Ms. Anselmo was Director of Publications for the Health Sciences Center and University Hospital at the State University of New York at Stony Brook for five years, During that time, she grew department productivity from producing 22 academic recruitment, marketing, and patient education publications per year to more than 100 publications annually.


An integral part of Elite Technical's proposal management team since 1999, Ms. Anselmo also is responsible for development and execution of Elite Technical's communications program, in concert with Co-Founder and SVP Joseph Monaco.


In 2010, Ms. Anselmo authored the 375-page marketing how-to book, Marketing DeMystified, which was published by McGraw-Hill Professional and sold around the world.


A former print journalist whose articles had appeared in The New York Times, among other media, Ms. Anselmo had reported on education, government and healthcare in addition to writing hundreds of feature articles - before she was appointed Managing Editor of Times-Beacon Record publications located in Setauket, NY.


In 2008, Ms. Anselmo had launched the weekly broadcast talk radio show, Bold Talk Business Radio, on AM 1300 WMEL. The show was syndicated live on various AM/FM stations across Central Florida (as well as the Internet) between September 2008 and May 2018 - until she turned her attention to a new project she had worked on in the background for several years.


Driven by entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Anselmo co-founded the e-learning platform ExtraordinarySelf.com, with Dr. Diane Kramer, a clinical psychologist and full professor. The learning platform now offers a growing selection of deep e-courses for personal and professional self-development. In addition to developing proprietary self development courses, Ms. Anselmo and Dr. Kramer deliver transformational training and coaching services for individuals, groups, and corporations.


In 2008, Ms. Anselmo also had founded Bold Marketing Solutions, an integrated marketing and training firm focused on strategic communications, public relations and all facets of marketing and internet communication. The firm primarily provides B2B marketing services.
