We are committed to ethical and inclusive hiring practices, fair-market pricing, and facilitating low-impact technology innovation. For example our in-house team developed SubmittalCheckTM, a proprietary cloud-based, right-to-represent application that ensures integrity in the hiring process.

Protecting resources, serving people in need

Our predominantly digital environment enables us to minimize negative environmental impact by reducing physical waste and our carbon footprint.


To replenish environmental resources and reduce the impact of climate change, we contribute to organizations such as One Tree Planted, which supports global reforestation, and 4Ocean, which is dedicated to ending the ocean plastic crisis.


In addition, Elite Technical's special charitable giving campaign — Recruit for Your Cause — serves various communities while celebrating the achievement of our amazing recruiters. Each time an Elite Technical recruiter places a candidate, our company contributes to a charity chosen by that recruiter.

For example, during an economic downturn in the technology market, we were able to shift our focus internally to developing environmentally sensitive infrastructure and the ability to respond on all cylinders when the market improved.

Incorporating feedback for sustainability

Finally, we incorporate feedback loops into our Sustainability Program because we believe feedback is essential to ongoing success. We cultivate excellent relationships with industry-leading clients, and engage clients, contractors employees, and board members in providing ongoing feedback to help us continually assess, analyze and alter processes and plans as needed to ensure integrity-based success with high customer and employee satisfaction.

Recruit for Your Cause

In 2020, Elite Technical established Recruit for Your Cause. This charitable giving program honors the memory of our cofounder, Bruce Keller, and also celebrates the many achievements of our amazing recruiters.

Each time an Elite Technical recruiter places a candidate, our company contributes to a charity chosen by that recruiter. As we mark our 31st Anniversary, we are pleased to continue this feel-good endeavor.

Some of the more well-known charities we support include the American Diabetes Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tunnel 2 Towers, Wounded Warrior Project®, and in honor of Bruce Keller, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society,
