In 1999, Joseph Monaco, Elite Technical's co-founder and visionary leader, was named among the
first class of
40 Under 40 top business professionals on Long Island by Long Island Business News.

These future leaders of Long Island have already begun to distinguish themselves in business, government, education and the not-for-profit sector. Today, Mr. Monaco serves as Elite Technical's SVP/COO.
In 1998, Joseph Monaco, then Elite Technical co-founder and CEO, also had been named CEO of LIJobs.com, a young website featuring job opportunities. Mr. Monaco gave that job board a lift with a new look and business model. LIJobs.com had been a three-year-old job site backed by Invision.com Inc.
