Elite Technical started more than 33 years ago as a bootstrapped IT recruiting firm on the East Coast. Today, the company is a nationally recognized, woman-owned technical staffing partner serving healthcare IT, aerospace & defense, government, and commercial enterprise organizations across the country.
What hasn’t changed is our founding philosophy: that technical hiring done right requires real role understanding, honest candidate representation, and a level of service accountability that most staffing firms don’t sustain past the first placement.
