Using an Optimized Communications Framework to Improve Technical Candidate Quality [PDF Link]
This paper discusses the increasing rapid adoption of Vendor Management and Optimization Frameworks in
Enterprise hiring of technical and contract resources; and the wide variation of methods, process,
success, and failure rates. While there does not exist one established success model, due to a
variety of operational, logistics, and HR models; there are several best practices that help
optimize an existing array of Staff Augmentation environments. This dialogue could serve
to help all stakeholders involved, as with Client Hiring Managers, Client HR, Client System
Admin, Client Purchasing, and Staffing Vendors. This paper helps address the issues
surrounding the involved parties, and how using one common optimization platform can
unite their efforts and fuel improved modals. Such a platform, being fully automated and
neutral could advance the hiring process; especially vetting of desirable candidates. This
will result in significantly improved quality candidates, shorter hiring lifecycles, and
improved vendor performance.
