Elite Technical is currently looking for multiple Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team in our Lake Mary, FL and Bohemia, NY offices. Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and developing new business opportunities for our staff augmentation services
  • Sourcing and developing new business opportunities for our innovative software solutions
  • Developing and optimizing relationships with decision makers and influencers to identify future opportunities
  • Build a stable, sustainable pipeline of diverse revenue
  • Analyze and discuss market trends and forecasts
  • Ensure a positive brand experience for our clients

Qualifications:

  • Prior B2B sales experience with a track record of success selling to technology managers and directors
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Results-focused, team-oriented approach
  • motivated to earn large commissions
  • strong work ethic
  • Superior core sales competencies including prospecting, negotiating, overcoming objections and closing
  • Comfortable with both capture and retention strategies
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to build strategic and profitable client relationship
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven cold contact track record
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Elite Technical offers ongoing professional development that emphasizes innovation, business development techniques and strategy building necessary to be successful. With our generous commission plan you should expect to earn over 50K in the 1st year and up to 75K or more in subsequent years with our company, depending on your level of commitment and personal drive to be successful. Additional offerings include access to Medical, Dental and 401(k).
